Nicole Phippen is a Huntsville native with a passion for hand-drumming and learning about ways of living that foster physical and spiritual well-being. She has worked at the Great Vine on Main Street (between travels) for the past 16 years.

Andre Dallaire is a cook, builder and father originally from Chicoutimi, Quebec. For almost 20 years he had the catering contract for the Scarborough Outdoor Education Centre near Kearney, and since 1992 he has also been the cook for a summer camp near Minden.
